UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR
The Office of the University Registrar is the custodian of academic records of students and alumni. It is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the records under its care, making them available upon request online.
The following are the services being offered:

1. Online requests for student records (Diploma, Transcript of Records, Grades, etc.)
Please e-mail registrar@uspf.edu.ph and follow the instructions provided in the auto reply.

2. Online verification of student records with signed consent form of applicant.

3. Verification of student records

4. Facilitate the adding and dropping of subjects approved by the Department Dean/Chairman.

5. Process withdrawal of enrollment
Withdrawal of course/s is valid upon recommendation of the College Dean and approved by the University Registrar. Please refer to Academic Policies Section 2.3 Withdrawal of Courses of the Student Manual.
